Bad Vegan.

Ugh. I have been eating so badly for the last two days- white carbs, refined sugars, lots and lots of them. I feel so lethargic and horrible. I'm bloated and the scales are up :(

I'm struggling to find a variety of things to eat. I just eat veges and beans...and beans and veges... I need to get a better stock of vegan friendly foods so I can start to create more exciting meals and rejuvenate my feelings towards food. At the moment I just feel deprived and limited by what I can eat. I just want to eat yoghurt and cheese :(

So, needless to spell it out, I'm feeling a bit low and a bit hard done by. I'll try to turn it around today...
